The Time Capsule
Tackett’s Mill, Inc, a subsidiary of Weaver Bros, Inc., buried this time capsule on March 29th, 1985 to be opened on May 29th, 2019 on the 50th anniversary of the founding of Lake Ridge. The contents of this time capsule are designed to tell future generations about the life in Prince William County in the 1980’s and were suggested by the children of Prince William County.”
Tackett’s Mill Center LLC, the current owner of the Center, invites residents to share their memories of the time capsule so we can all learn more about this buried piece of local history.

Explore the Marketplace
Saturday, June 18th, from 1pm to 8pm, a free festival featuring local talent. From 1pm to 6pm on the upper level of the Center, “Statements the Salon” presents music, beauty, jewelry and more.
Every Tuesday from May to October, from 3:00pm to 6:30pm, in the Tackett’s Mill parking lot off Harbor Drive, local producers come from around Virginia to offer fresh products.
